Delete your FACET data

FACET doesn't ask for your name, email address or phone number. Our server knows you only by a random player ID that the game creates on first launch.

How to ask

Email privacy@anotherbutton.com with the subject “Delete my FACET data”. Include your player ID if the game shows it. If you can't find it, write anyway and we will help you find your data.

We answer within 30 days and confirm when the data is deleted.

What we delete

• your player ID and access token;
• your saved progress;
• your history of rewards and in-game spending.

Deleted progress can't be restored.

What we keep

We keep records of purchases for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and delete them after that. Deleting the app from your device does not delete anything from our server.

Data held by our partners

Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) and AppLovin process data about your device under their own policies, listed in the privacy policy. To limit ad tracking on your device:

• iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.
• Android: Settings → Google → All services → Ads, delete the advertising ID.
