FACET terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Another Button LLC (“we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, about the FACET game. By installing or playing FACET, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
If you got FACET from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement controls for the iPhone app. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game or its support.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play FACET for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. We keep all rights in the game, including its code, art, sound and name.
2. Virtual items
FACET has in-game currency and items. You get a license to use them in the game; you don’t own them. They have no cash value, and you can’t sell, transfer or exchange them for money or for anything outside the game.
We may change the game’s balance, including what items do and cost, to keep the game fair and working.
3. Purchases
Apple or Google processes every purchase under their own terms. Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. Apple and Google decide on refunds: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store or your Google Play order history. If an item you paid for doesn’t reach your game, email support@anotherbutton.com and we will fix it.
4. Ads
The game shows ads from third parties. We don’t control what they show, and links in ads lead to sites we don’t run.
5. Fair play
Don’t cheat, modify the game or its network traffic, use bots, exploit bugs to get items or currency, or interfere with our server. Don’t reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it. If you break these rules, we may reset your progress, remove items you got this way, or block your access to our server.
6. Changes and availability
We update FACET over time and may change, add or remove features. The game needs our server for backups, rewards and purchases, and we may stop running it. If we decide to shut the game down, we will announce it in advance in the game or on anotherbutton.com.
7. No warranties
To the extent the law allows, FACET is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress. Our total liability to you for any claim about FACET is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for FACET purchases in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.
9. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that a contract can’t waive.
10. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to go to court where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply to you.
